Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States or to any of the following states including Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. All orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
USPS and UPS are used for shipping services.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur. USPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so delivery time does not include these days.

Lord Green Factory ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and states specified for the legality of hemp-derived products.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Lord Green Factory is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments. Please contact us to help resolve the issue.
