Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products containing hemp-derived products and other cannabinoids from hemp. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing cannabinoids because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA. If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide. All Lord Green Factory products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please reach out to our customer service team for further support.
Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the return policy.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lordgreenfactory.com so we may further assist you.

If a refund is to be issued for a product that was purchased at a sale price, the refund value will be for the sale price, NOT the standard retail price.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lordgreenfactory.com and we will be able to provide further instruction on how to handle your exchange.
